Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Returns
You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. If the return is due to our error—such as receiving an incorrect or defective product—we will issue a full refund for the item along with the shipping costs.
Exchanges
If your item arrives incorrect, defective, or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for you at no additional cost.
Refunds
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive your money much sooner. This timeframe accounts for transit time (5 to 10 business days) for us to receive your return, processing time once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
